In February 2016, we released the first Little Beach album "The River and Other Tales", produced and recorded by Phil Dearing of the Icarus Club.

 

There are 13 original tracks written by Alan Cummings. They are varied in style and character but the most important thing is that they all tell a story.

 

The foundation of the Little Beach sound comes from the voices, guitars, bass and harmonica of the three band members. Drums, keyboards, strings and percussion are added in a subtle way to the core of melodic, acoustic, guitar-driven folk that runs through the whole album.
